Qualifications or Performance：1) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 2) The 2K display invested by the bidder has a used performance in the domestic civil aviation automation system (providing a copy of the contract or user certificate, stamped with the official seal of the bidder.) 3) The bidder must be the equipment manufacturer of the 2K display or obtain the special authorization of the 2K equipment manufacturer for the project (a valid authorization issued by the manufacturer is required). 4) This project does not allow consortium bids.

Additional Instructions：This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. Interested bidders can purchase bidding documents from October 10, 2018 to October 17, 2018 (excluding holidays) every day from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 16:30 (Beijing time). The bidding documents are priced at RMB 2,500 or USD 368; they are not refundable after sale.
